Amy & Eric's big day . September 1, 2006

Ready for the scoop on this one? Amy & Eric put together the most amazing country wedding.....complete with horse-drawn (and tractor-drawn!) hay wagons to chauffeur their guests up to the ceremony site, which was at the very top of a gorgeous hill on their farm. It was a perfect day.....sunny and warm with the most amazing blue skies. And only ONE grasshopper climbed up my pants. Not a bad day at all!

Gotta love a girl who's not afraid to wear her Manolos on the farm!!

Old farm stuff always makes for the best photos.....

The gorgeous ceremony site:

Cake and horses....two of my favorite things!!

I loved how laidback Amy & Eric were all day.....they were such a joy to photograph with their ear-to-ear grins!!! They made sure to take some time out with their puppy Daisy. Is she not the most adorable little pup?!

Grandma was just the cutest... I couldn't stop photographing her!

The cake cutting was very sweet. The cake feeding.....NOT so sweet. :)

Amy & Eric were nice enough to put out a jungle gym to keep the kiddos busy. (Shhhhh....I didn't tell them it was really a hay wagon.)

This ol' guy was pestering me to shoot his portrait ALL DAY LONG..... :) I love it when guests want to be involved! He was a very jolly bearded fellow. Good stuff.

The day wouldn't be complete without a shot of the rings.....on top of.....you know it, a big ol' tractor tire!

Congratulations Amy & Eric!!!
